This series of eight prints uses photographs taken of Chicago through the Plexiglas found on public transit shelters, covered with graffiti, dirt and other detritus. The interference of the dust, graffiti and scratches reaffirms both the 2-D surface of the print itself and the separation of the photograph from experience, locating representation within the realm of memory.
